Fender Studio is an application for Android designed for musicians who want an accessible platform for recording, jamming, and capturing music ideas on the go.
Tracks and formats
With this app, users can record up to 8 tracks simultaneously in the free version. There is an option to expand to 16 tracks after registering an account. The utility provides essential editing and mixing tools, including a compressor, EQ, delay, and reverb.
It is possible to import and export audio in high-quality formats such as WAV and FLAC. MP3 files are unlocked upon registration. An application comes with 5 included jam tracks to practice. There is an option to unblock 15 additional compositions as well.
Guitar, bass, and voice effects
Guitarists get access to the classic Fender ‘65 Twin Reverb amp, four effects, and a built-in tuner. Additional models, such as BB15 Mid Gain, ’59 Bassman, and Super-Sonic, become available after registering.
Bass players also have access to the Fender Rumble 800 amp and four effects, with further models, including 59 Bassman, Redhead, Tube Preamp, unlocked for registered users. The app offers creative voice effects such as DeTuner, Vocoder, Ring Modulator, and Transformer. Thus, users may experiment with vocal processing for podcasts, demos, or music projects.
