GOM Satbara is an application for Android devices that is designed for residents of the Indian state of Maharashtra. This utility allows them to obtain extracts from the land registry, which is maintained by the tax office of the government of the region.
Useful note
It is worth noting that the information about the land and its assessment is contained on the official website of the relevant department of the government of Maharashtra. Access to all data is carried out via links to the above-mentioned resource.
Requests and statements
First of all, the utility is designed for farmers, land brokers, and buyers who wish to receive information about a particular land plot. To make a request, you need to know the name of the village, taluk, and district.
As a result, you can get the so-called 7/12 statement. It indicates the name of the owner of the land and the farmer who cultivates it. Also, it is possible to find out the area of the plot, the type of cultivation, the crops planted, and the estimated cost.
Moreover, the extract displays loans issued to the owner of the land by government agencies.
Additional options
The resulting statement can be saved as a PDF document. It is possible to immediately send it via WhatsApp. There is also an option to view the land plot on Google Maps. There is a built-in calculator that allows you to determine the area of the plot in various units, including square kilometers, square feet, acres, and hectares. You can also define the size of the territory.
Remark
Please note that the application interface is implemented in two languages – English and Maharani.
