IRS2Go is an application for Android devices designed for American taxpayers. With its help, clients can receive advice on filling out declarations, paying taxes, and receiving refunds. This service is developed by the US Federal Internal Revenue Service.
Payments and refunds
The Payments tab allows you to pay taxes from a debit or credit card, or directly from your bank account. To find out about other methods, you need to go to the official website of the tax service.
There is a separate tab for checking refunds. It is possible to fill out a short questionnaire indicating the year, taxpayer number, and amount. Thus, you can find out the status of the return, which is updated once a day.
Help and support
The Tax Help section is intended for those categories of users who are entitled to receive free advice on filling out tax returns. First of all, this applies to the elderly, people with disabilities, low-income families, and those who speak limited English.
An online chat is provided to communicate with the support service. You can protect access to the utility with a special key that can be obtained in the Security tab.
