Membership
At first, the app allows new members to sign up and existing ones to renew their memberships. This option helps users manage their accounts and change details if necessary. It is important to add your phone number and email address to your profile.
Loyalty program
It is possible to track in-store rewards. Members can easily monitor their points, see recent transactions, and stay updated on their loyalty status. The app includes a digital membership QR code that can be scanned at The Papanui.
There is no need to carry physical membership cards with you to access the club’s facilities. Members can receive updates on the latest specials, deals, and events happening at The Papanui. It is possible to set up notifications and view transaction history in a separate tab.
