uvote uganda is an application for Android devices that is designed for electoral agents and observers who control the conduct of elections in Uganda. The utility allows them to send incident reports.

Please note that this application is non-government. It is created for independent agents and observers who monitor the conduct of elections and check how the polls are going.
Authorization
The application can only be entered by registered users. They must be either observers or official agents. For authorization, they need to specify a mobile phone number and a token ID. In addition, they have to provide personal data and select the region in which the elections are held.
Sections
There are three main tabs in the app: Results, Incidents, and More. The first section allows observers to specify the polling station code, location, and other data. Next, they need to enter the results of the vote counts for certain candidates. Their list and names are displayed on the screen. Users have to specify the number of votes cast for them in the appropriate box.
In addition, it is necessary to fill in the fields with general data:
- the total number of ballots;
- counted and unaccounted votes;
- blank ballots, and so on.
The next tab allows you to report various incidents during the election process. It is possible to describe them and attach a photo or video.
