AllConnect is an application for Android that allows you to stream various media content from your smartphone to Smart TV, Xbox, Apple TV, AirPlay speakers, and other devices. It is necessary that all gadgets are in the coverage area of one Wi-Fi connection.
Getting started
At the start, users need to establish a connection with available devices. To do this, the utility scans the network for a few seconds.
There is an option to stream to one or more devices. You need to choose what exactly you going to broadcast, and then select the gadget on which the content will be displayed.
Broadcasting
It is possible to stream content from:
- the internal memory of a mobile device;
- media servers;
- cloud storages;
- other web resources.
The application has a built-in file manager that allows you to select content from the internal memory of your device. All data is automatically sorted into folders: music, images, playlists, and videos.
The possibility of separate broadcasting is provided. In this case, different content will be displayed on various devices.
Remarks
The utility supports YouTube, except for Live videos. In addition, this application does not work in screen sharing mode, therefore it is not compatible with Anycast and Miracast technologies.
