Anime Planet is an Android application with an extensive collection of Japanese animation. You have the opportunity to search and watch animated films as well as series on your mobile device.
Content
The utility provides access to a huge collection of anime. You can search for content by text query. There is sorting of content by year of release, popularity and type, such as TV, ONA, OVA, movies and others.
Anime Planet has categorized content by genre. There are over 20 categories, including adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, comedy, drama, mystery, detective, war, parody and more. Such a variety allows you to choose a film according to your mood.
As in the Animania app, each cartoon is accompanied by a description, poster, trailer and number of episodes. You may find information about the type, genre and year of release.
It is possible to save interesting content in Favorites to form a list of movies to watch.
Video player
Anime Planet allows you to view content online. There is a built-in video player. It is possible to rewind, change the orientation of the image, expand to full screen and select the quality. Playback is available only if the Internet connection is good.
