ArtPop is an Android application, which is a platform for communication between artists, art gallery owners, and buyers. This utility offers users to select paintings from an extensive catalog and purchase them.
Catalog
The application contains accounts of artists, art lovers, and galleries. It is possible to visit profiles and view the presented artworks. There is a search box that allows you to look for paintings using some filters. The following categories are presented:
- modern;
- abstract;
- pop art;
- urban;
- classic;
- geometric;
- a lot of others.
This utility has a built-in map that offers to search for art galleries located in the United States and get directions to them. There is a separate tab for this.
Simulator
The app menu allows you to go to the Simulator section. There you can create a 3D visualization of the wall on which the painting of your choice will hang. It helps you to imagine how the art will look.
You may save finished visualizations and compare them.
Additionally
Selected paintings are marked with hearts, so they get into the Favorites section. By clicking the Buy button you can move the artwork to the cart. Here you may pay for the purchase and arrange delivery.
In addition, the application has a Calendar section. It offers to track exhibitions scheduled in various galleries. There is an option to set reminders, similar to Tweek.
Note
At the moment, the application does not perform the declared functions. Probably the developers stopped supporting it.
