Breathe HR allows you to request time off, vacations, and other time off. It is possible to make changes to your shift or report illness or other incidents.
Furthermore, the app sends push notifications about upcoming tasks and any changes. You can view pending and approved schedules. Breathe HR are able to sync with People Portal for shift management. There is also an option to create schedules and assign shifts for your team. Moreover, Breathe HR allows you to monitor lateness. If you are a senior manager, you may approve or deny requests for time off and vacations.
