Bus Guru is an Android application that helps track the movement of London buses on the built-in map. The utility displays all available TfL routes and allows you to plan your trips.
Stops and schedules
For the application to work correctly, you need to enable GPS navigation. It is possible to view all bus stops nearby and get directions to them, just like in Lothian Buses. The utility displays the TfL bus schedule for any selected station. The route number, direction, and time interval are indicated.
You can select destination and departure points to plan a route, including transfers. It is possible to search for stops not only on the map but also by address, zone, or postal code. In addition, the application displays top-up points for Oyster Card electronic transport cards.
Options
Furthermore, you can mark frequently used stops as favorites with the star icon. This option allows you to quickly view bus schedules. The utility notifies you about the arrival of transport, as well as about delays and cancellations.
Remark
It is worth noting that at the moment the application has stopped working. Probably, the developers no longer update or support it.
