Carlcare is an Android app that allows users to get proficient after-sales service. It is possible to find repair centers close to your location. There are online consultations with technical experts.
Usability
You can find Carlcare service centers in more than 50 countries around the world. There is a separate tab, where you may locate and get directions to the closest establishment for repairs.
When you leave your device in the service center, you get a customer receipt that helps you check the repair status. To do so you have to tap on the Process button on the homepage of the app. Please note that you have to input the repair info including order, IMEI, and phone numbers. There is an option to scan the barcode on the receipt.
It is possible to examine local prices for spare parts and repair costs. Moreover, there is an option to check the warranty for Infinix, TECNO, and itel devices. All you have to do is input the IMEI.

There is a Discover tab where you can scroll through the newsfeed and comment on posts. Here you may participate in official Carlcare activities to win free repairs and prizes.
You can share your experience and consult with the Carlcare team or other community members. There is also a FAQ section where you can find some information about services and promotions.
