CityBee is an Android application that is a car-sharing service. It is possible to choose and rent different types of vehicles – trucks, SUVs, minivans, and so on.
Authorization
Registration in this application is mandatory. You need to provide a phone number, email address, and some personal data. In addition, you have to attach a bank card to the utility to pay for services.
Choosing a car
To use the app correctly, GPS navigation needs to be enabled. Further, you can select on the map the closest CityBee zone and view what cars are in it. It is worth noting that this service works only in the Baltic countries – Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
After selecting a suitable vehicle, you can view information about it. There are indicated models, the number of passengers, the fuel supply, as well as the rental price, which depends on the time.
Payments and parking
It is possible to rent a car for a few minutes or a few days. Payment is debited from the user’s account automatically after the end of the lease. Please note that all vehicles of the CityBee service are insured.
Parking in dedicated areas in the city is free. At the end of the rental, you need to leave the car in the permitted zone.
