Clue is an Android utility that helps women track their menstrual cycles. This application offers you to monitor the regularity of your cycles and calculate ovulation.
Setup
To begin using this utility, it is necessary to sign up using your email, Google account, or Facebook. You also have to add the date of the last menstrual cycle and its typical duration for accurate calculations. There is also an option to specify the use of hormonal contraceptives and their type, such as combined pill, vaginal ring, patch, IUD, injection, or implant.
Calendar
In the calendar section. you can mark the days of menstruation and fertility windows. This function allows you to track your health during different periods of the cycle. It is possible to log occurrences of bleeding, emotions, sleep hours, energy levels, and days when painkillers are taken.
Similar to Flo app, Clue automatically sends reminders before the period starts and notifies you in case of delays. It is possible to activate notifications for ovulation and approaching PMS.
Informational Support
There is a Content section, where you can find articles on menstruation, fertility, pregnancy control, and sex topics. It is possible to ask questions to specialists.
Clue analyzes individual menstrual cycles, tracks recurring symptoms, and maintains a data archive.
