Cosy is an Android application designed to control the portable wireless thermostat of the same name. The official utility is a companion for this smart device.
Getting started
Please note, that the service is primarily intended for residents of Britain who use a smart heating controller Cosy. At the start, you need to connect your thermostat to dual-zone heating and hot water. To do this, you may need to contact support.
The next step is to sync the app with your smart thermostat. It is possible to create multiple accounts for all family members.
Modes and options
This thermostat allows you to select four heating modes:
- sleep – temperature when you are sleeping or absent;
- comfort – mode when you are at home;
- cozy – maximum temperature conditions;
- hibernation – shutdown with the protection of pipes from freezing.
Additionally, you can create up to 7 heating profiles and use them depending on the situation. It is possible to control several zones in the apartment as well as the temperature of hot water.
The application keeps a history of operating modes. Accordingly, you can view the temperature readings in the house for the last 30 days.
In addition, you can connect smart sockets to your thermostat and create a schedule for turning on lights, radio, slow cookers, and so on.
