Cowbellpedia is a mobile application for Android, which is a companion of the math quiz show of the same name, held in Nigeria. This popular TV competition challenges high school students to solve problems in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and more.
Authorization
To enter the application, you need to register. For authorization, you can use email, Google Plus account, or Facebook.
Tasks
The utility contains mathematical tasks of two categories. They are intended for junior and senior secondary school students. Each category has 13 levels. You can only move on to the next one after completing the previous one. At each level, there are three types of tasks – for beginners, intermediates, and advanced.
Students will have to solve problems in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and more. There are several answers to each question.
Scores
The participants of the quiz are awarded not only for the correctness but also for the speed of solving the problem. There is a minimum required number of points for each level. The students can pass the level again in order to increase their scores. In this way, the application allows users to improve their math skills and prepare for the popular TV quiz.
