CSDD is an official Android application of the Latvian joint stock company. It provides licensing and registration services for drivers and their vehicles.
Getting access
In order to use the services, you need to register in the system. You will have to provide your passport or ID card as well as a driver’s license with a barcode issued after May 1, 2004.
Moreover, it is possible to authorize through one of the banks. These include Swedbank, LPB, BluOr Bank, Citadele, SEB and Luminor. You can also login using the qualified high security electronic identification systems such as eID and eParaksts.
Please note that the interface language is Latvian.
Services
The application is a mobile client of the joint stock company acting in accordance with the Latvian Road Traffic Law. It offers vehicle registration, qualification examinations, issuance of driving licenses, roadworthiness testing, traffic safety audit and many other digital services.
