It is worth noting that this service does not operate using computer algorithms and artificial intelligence. The definition is handled by an international team of highly qualified experts.
Getting started
At the start, you need to register for receiving free credit. It helps to submit one plant identification request. All of the following searches are paid with in-app purchases. To determine one species you have to settle up an amount of 1 US dollar or 0.7 euros. If the experts of this platform could not proceed your application, funds will not be debited from your account.
Requests and answers
You need to upload the highest-quality photo of the plant to the app, similar to Garden Answers. It is advisable to take three pictures – full size, as well as a detailed snap of flowers, leaves, and other details. In addition, you can tell where this species was found and describe other details.
Once a request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a team of experts within an hour to 24 hours. The utility notifies users when a response is ready. There is a separate tab for all uploaded photos and answers.
