Force LTE Only is an utility for Android that allows you to boost mobile internet quality and speed. This application offers you to select from 5G, 4G, or 3G, and lock the device onto chosen network. This step prevents the smartphone from automatically switching between connections, maintaining the desired speed.
Getting Started
At the very beginning, the application scans the smartphone and mobile network parameters. When the scanning is complete, you can find out your connection speed, quality, signal, frequency bands, and more. By default, the app works with the primary SIM card, but it can be configured for dual-SIM smartphones.
How It Operates
Force LTE Only works based on forcing the device to stay on the selected network. Usually, your smartphone is set to switch automatically between available networks, depending on signal strength. This automatic switching can result in slower connection speeds when a faster network is available. That is why this mobile software enables users to lock the device onto a faster network to prevent switching.
Usage Notes
Please note that Force LTE Only may not work with all smartphones. Some manufacturers block the forced network switching feature.
Additionally, users should be aware that while the Only LTE option is active, incoming calls may not be received on the smartphone.
