Google Tasks is an Android application that allows you to increase your productivity by creating and tracking tasks. There is an option to add details and events.
Productivity
With this utility you can create tasks to manage your projects and daily routine. It is possible to view your assignments from Gmail and add new ones. You may also access your activities across the Google Workspace to always stay in touch. There is also an integration with calendar which allows you to make appointments and plan events. In addition, Google Tasks sends reminders to notify you about deadlines.
Tasks
You can add activities by writing down the texts and setting the time and date. Once you create a task, you may track the completion and see this event in your calendar. If you would like to clarify the details, it is possible to enter the subtasks. There is also an option to mark certain assignments as your favorites to define the urgency or importance. Moreover, in order to synchronize your tasks with your Google Workspace, you can log into the same Google account.
In case your plans change, it is possible to delete and edit activities anytime. Unlike Trello, this application does not have an option of attaching images and videos to tasks.
