Please note that the portal can be accessed by the corporate planners, store managers and associates of the GoWireless retailer. The use of the platform by hourly or non-exempt employees should only occur during working hours.
Functionality
GoTask offers a convenient portal to enhance the efficiency, boost compliance rates and increase profitability of the retailer. For example, employees can view a prioritized to-do list in their daily planner. They will instantly know when and what task to complete. If the information changes, the system updates data accordingly.
Corporate and regional store managers can track completion status in real time with color-coded charts. It is possible to correct areas of noncompliance as well. There are distribution lists based on brands, departments and roles to simplify providing information to the right people. In addition, a two-way feedback system will help figure out problem areas.
