HealthNow is an Android application that provides residents of the Philippines with access to primary health care. This online platform works in collaboration with many hospitals and clinics such as Healthway, Konsulta.md, Mendero Medical Center, and others.
Appointments
At the start, you need to register providing an email address, a phone number, and some personal data. The application allows you to receive online consultations with licensed doctors of various profiles. Communication takes place via voice or video chat, similar to MediCard GO.
It is also possible to select an offline appointment at the clinic. The app allows you to find the nearest medical and diagnostic centers and choose a doctor. Moreover, you can book a home visit.
This utility has a built-in calendar for scheduling appointments. Reminders are provided. You can also order diagnostic tests.
Prescriptions
There is a possibility to get an electronic prescription after consulting a doctor. You may order medicine directly through the app. This platform cooperates with online pharmacies. Home delivery of medicaments is provided.
Furthermore, the application allows you to pay for doctor’s consultations and medicines using an attached bank card.
