Users, particularly real estate agents, can upload ads to sell houses. It is possible to provide detailed description and add photos of the apartment. The utility provides an option to set a fixed price for the house.
Buy
If you are looking for an apartment to buy, HomeSnap provides a list of actual deals and offers. It is possible to digitally view the houses, see how many rooms there are and what places are near them on the map.
Similar to Xome, you can enter the name of the state and search for relevant offers. The application allows you to save your favorite apartments to a personal list. Moreover, there is built-in messenger, where you have an opportunity to safely interact with sellers.
Rent
This option is quite similar to the previous one with two exceptions. One – you may only search for a built house and two – you can move there for a certain period of time. Renting is useful for those who would like to stay somewhere for not too long.
The application shows you the latest deals and how much you need to pay per month to afford the apartment you are interested in. There is a Street View option that allows you to find out what is situated around the house.
