Connecting
The utility is designed to simplify the process of installing applications to your VR device. To do so, you need to create an account via Instagram, Facebook, or email. Thus, you can access your Meta Horizon profile.
For additional security, you have to create a Meta Quest PIN to authorize purchases in the built-in Store. There is an option to add payment info such as PayPal as well as a credit or debit card.
