HRMS is an Android application which is designed for employees of Indian Railways. It is possible to get the e-pass generated online.
Overview
This utility allows employees of Indian Railways to register at work. There is an option to view various personal information and check the verification status. Users can see their designation, department and bill unit as well. Moreover, HRMS helps to update the data of staff members without any visits and calls.
Functionality
There is a quite simple and clear interface that is intuitive and easy to understand. You can login by entering a special ID and password which is given by your moderator. It is also possible to complete the registration and create an account online. Once you enter the application, you may see available options and view a list of services. If you would like to receive a One Time Password, you can request it anytime.
In addition, HRMS provides you with all information about you which is entered and uploaded by clerks. Thus, you do not have to enter any extra details by yourself. However, in case you have some changes in surname or department, you may contact the moderator 24 hours a day.
It is worth noting that HRMS is available only in India and the utility can be used only by employees of Indian Railways.
