IMEITracker is an Android application that is a GPS tracker. With it, users can search for and find their stolen or lost mobile phones. The utility has a built-in map for device monitoring.
How to use
To use this application, you need to give it access to GPS data as well as to your phone’s IMEI. Please note that the utility collects information about geolocation and transfers it to the server. This activity requires a stable network connection. Also, you have to authorize with your Google account.
Tracking
Users can track the movement of the phone on the website of the same name or from another mobile device. This utility has to be installed on it. The built-in map is updated in real-time.
If the phone was stolen or lost and a new SIM card was inserted into it, the application sends an SMS from it. In the app settings, you need to enter one or two emergency numbers of relatives or friends.
They will be sent an SMS containing the smartphone’s IMEI, SIM card information, and a link to a map with its location. In addition, users can send commands from the app to the lost smartphone. It helps to receive the GPS data in the form of a message with a link to the map.
