Usage
Upon installation, users are prompted to select their country of residence from the following options:
- Ukraine;
- Denmark;
- Kazakhstan;
- Lithuania.
After selecting the country of residence, the you need to choose the language for the app interface. For instance, if Ukraine is selected as the country of residence, language options such as Russian and Ukrainian are provided for the interface.
Next, you need to review the terms of use for “interaction points,” which encompass any means of communication with the company. At the top left corner of the main screen, users can access a menu featuring four categories:
- My IQOS;
- Settings;
- Stores;

In the “Support” section, users can access FAQs regarding the app and electronic cigarette operation. It is possible to contact the developers via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook for further assistance.
Connection and Notifications
There is an option to connect your IQOS device and enable geolocation services for locating nearby company stores.
The app will provide updates on the latest company news, but this option requires enabling notifications for the app.
