Setting up
You have to set up an account before launching the app. To log in you need to use your access number. It can be found on the back of your EFTPOS, Visa Debit card or credit card. If you are not able to find anything, this means that the number was provided to you by the branch when you opened your account.
Moreover, it is necessary to set up KeepSafe. It is Kiwibank’s unique feature that protects you against online banking fraud. You will not be able to use the app until KeepSafe is set up. The method is based on questions and answers that you have to generate.
