Mashable is an application for Android, which is the official mobile client of the well-known web resource. The utility offers users access to the articles posted on this site. It is possible to search, sort, and read them.
Feed and posts
On the main page of the application, there is a feed with the most popular publications. A swipe from right to left opens a section with trending posts. Next is a tab with new articles.
The icon that provides access to the menu is located in the upper left corner of the screen. Here users can select the categories of publications they would like to read. This list includes:
- social media;
- technology;
- lifestyle;
- entertainment;
- business;
- US and world news;
- other.
The categories allow users to view only those articles that they are really interested in. There is a search box that helps to search for posts by topic and title.
Reading and settings
Application settings allow you to select the Mashable Velocity option. In this case, users will receive notifications about articles that are quickly gaining popularity and becoming viral.
During reading publications, users can leave comments and share information via social networks and messengers, for example, Parler.
