Measure is an Android application from Google for measuring objects. With the help of the utility you have an opportunity to determine the size of objects and the distance to them.
Measurement
The application performs the functions of a virtual roulette. With it, you have an option to measure the length and height of any object, including carpet, furniture, picture, room, curtains and more.
Measure supports inch and metric units. If necessary, you can switch between them during the measurement process.
For correctly work, you will need a permission to take shoots and videos as well as access photos, multimedia and files on your smartphone. You have to point the camera at an object and make a few movements so that the app can find flat surfaces, such as a countertop or floor tile. Then you should select a tool and drag it to the screen. The utility will automatically display the measurement results.
Setting
Like AR Zone, Measure works using augmented reality technology. You can turn on the display with enhanced accuracy.
The utility supports two types of measurements: imperial and metric. It is possible to select calculations in feet and inches or in meters as well as centimeters. Please note that the data in the application may not be accurate.
