MeteoSwiss is an Android application which allows you to receive weather forecasts, climate change alerts and natural disaster alerts. There is an option to view live tiles and a zoomable map.
Detailed forecast
You can view the weather forecast for the next 6 days with an overview of certain places. It is possible to select a city, province and region on the map. It should be noted that MeteoSwiss is developed for Swiss residents. There is also an option to get wind speed and temperature information at higher elevations. Some of its features here are similar to the ones in 3B Meteo. Furthermore, the service allows you to use a textual forecast for the climatic regions of Switzerland, including the possible development of the situation for the next week.
Moreover, it is possible to use an animated display. You can see rainfall type, temperature, cloud cover with a real time slideshow function. There is an option to get satellite imagery and degree reports.

You can receive alerts for natural disasters such as severe weather, floods, forest fires, earthquakes, avalanches and so on. It is possible to look at the air quality index for the degree of pollution. There is an option to view the UV index. MeteoSwiss allows you to receive forecasts for aviation purposes, including flight planning.
