Registration
In order to access the application you need a valid Qatar ID and a phone number registered under your name. If it is not connected to your QID, you can visit the nearest Ooredoo or Vodafone Qatar branch depending on which of the two is your mobile provider.

The application is a mobile client made by Qatar Ministry of Interior for citizens and residents to make use of its services. It is possible to select between several languages. These include Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Urdu and Malayalam.

Metrash2 supports several payment methods. Individuals can simply use credit cards. Companies have direct debits through the bank for this purpose. In case of any error in paid service, a refund request will be submitted automatically. Transaction time depends on the bank.
