MusicLM is a service for mobile devices running Android, that helps users automatically create music tracks. Like Melobytes, this computer model can generate not only instrumental compositions but also vocals.

Music creation

The neural network is trained on an array of information that contains more than 280 thousand hours of various melodies and songs. The algorithm is able to generate exclusive compositions based on the description given by the user. However, the request can also be abstract. For example, it is possible to ask the neural network to create a relaxing track, as well as music for a computer game or movie.

The function of generating music from images is supported. The neural network can create soundtracks for paintings by famous artists and posters.

While working on the music composition, users can independently choose the type and number of instruments. It is possible to adjust the tempo, tone, and many other parameters.

Access to the neural network

It is worth noting that at the time of writing the review, there are only examples of neural network work on the official website. Extended text descriptions and comments are also provided. Since the developer does not publish the algorithm in the public domain for experiments, it is not yet possible to create music tracks.
