My Porsche is an application for Android devices that is designed for owners of cars of a well-known brand. The companion utility allows you to check the current status of the vehicle and remotely control some functions.
Information and control
This application syncs with the onboard computer of your Porsche and allows you to view the following information about it:
- mileage;
- fuel level;
- battery status;
- remaining power reserve;
- closing doors and windows status;
- tire pressure and more.
Moreover, you can remotely manage some of the functions of your vehicle, for example, close and open doors, turn on the air conditioner and heater, and control sound signals. Also, it is possible to get parking assistance.
Routes and charges
There is a separate tab for planning routes. You can determine the location of the car and get directions to it. It is also possible to send information about the destination to the onboard computer, find the nearest gas station, and plan the necessary trip.
The application has a built-in charging timer that allows you to view its status. Additionally, the utility stores the history of your fuel refills and trips. There is a digital user manual, just like in BMW Genius. It is possible to get reminders of the need for maintenance and generate requests to visit the auto repair shop.
