My Swisscom is an application for Android devices created in cooperation with the telecommunications provider of the same name, well known in Switzerland. This online service allows users to manage and pay for their subscriptions and control their expenses.
Signing in
You can sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID. Please note that the application is intended only for registered clients of the provider My Swisscom.
Sections and opportunities
The Panorama tab allows you to view all connected services and manage subscriptions. It is possible to block calls, view passwords, set Internet access time, change contact details and also correct the list of TV channels. For this, there is the Products section.
You can view and pay invoices in the Bills tab. The utility saves all your transactions and also allows you to look for receipts.
This application has an online chat with a support service that operates 24/7. Digital assistant Sam helps users to solve problems.
The Shop tab offers new subscription options as well as participation in various contests and challenges. In addition, there you can find useful tips and tricks.
