MyHR is an Android application that provides users with access to the necessary documents of their company personnel department. The utility is intended only for employees of those organizations that apply the Visma / YouServe software and are the owners of Youforce accounts.
Authorization
Please note that creating a profile through this application is not possible. Only users registered by their employers through the corresponding software or web resource can enter it.
The app provides clients with some of the features of the Youforce HR portal. Which functions will be included depends on the employer.
Opportunities
The utility offers the following options:
- filing an expense claim;
- taking pictures of receipts and checks;
- filing an application for leave;
- checking the availability of working group members;
- calculation of the number of days remaining until the next vacation;
- viewing monthly and annual pay slips.
Users can report expenses by attaching photos of receipts or tickets, as well as indicating the date, time, and purpose. It is possible to track available vacation days and apply for them.
Additionally
There is a separate tab where you can view the calendar of office visits by members of the workgroup. Moreover, it is possible to look for payrolls with information about monthly payments. You may download these documents in PDF format.
