MyIPTV Player is an Android application that allows users to watch IPTV channels right from the smartphone. You can upload your M3U playlist from local storage or remote source.
Functionality
The application offers a convenient IPTV media player. Its interface is designed in a way that resembles a cable TV one. In order to watch broadcasts you have to import the playlist first. You can upload the M3U file from local storage or remote source. Channels are automatically grouped based on metadata.
There is built-in support for the EPG format, so you will be able to check the timetable of upcoming shows. It is possible to view technical info such as FPS, bitrate, codec, connection speed and more. Recording option is presented as well. You can also search for channels with filters to apply different criteria.
It is worth noting that most of the mentioned functions are available to PRO members only. There are just a few of them that can be accessed for free.
Current status
Unfortunately, the application is no longer supported at the time of testing. Apparently, it was removed from the Play Store and therefore abandoned by the developers. The latest update was released in 2018 as well. If you are looking for something similar, try downloading SS IPTV.
