MyNWU is the official Android application developed by Northwestern University in South Africa. With the app, students stay up to date with the latest news and events happening at the institution of higher education.
Events
The main purpose of the app is to keep students informed of innovations and events at the university. The news feed is constantly updated. It publishes materials about upcoming championships, exhibitions, seminars and other educational opportunities. Thus, users can choose events that are interesting for them to try their knowledge and skills.
MyNWU has a Calendar tab. There you will find access to schedules, course information, and other events scheduled for specific dates. Students do not need to take notes in separate applications or notebooks, as the main things to do are conveniently stored in one place.
Functionality
It is possible to form your own list of events. Students read the news feed and have a chance to put like for interesting things. Such marked news will be stored in the My Events tab. This will allow you not to lose an exciting meeting or course in the constantly updated feed.
By the way, to access the content of the application, users need to register. Afterwards, you will be able to actively use all the features. This is reminiscent of another UniSA app created for University of South Australia students.
