Registration
In order to access the service, you need to be registered in the system. You can create an account using your email address, activation code as well as mobile or customer number. It is also possible to be automatically identified. You have to switch to Proximus 4G for this purpose.
Functionality
The application is an official client of the eponymous telecommunications company from Belgium. With its help, customers can securely manage their products and bills. It is possible to keep track of your monthly data usage, calling minutes and text messages. You can buy an additional amount if you have exceeded the limit of your mobile subscription.
Just like Telenet, MyProximus allows you to pay your bills directly via the app. It is possible to check or change the rate plan you have subscribed to. You can also order mobile or TV options and manage those you have already activated. Furthermore, there is a tab with all the appointments you have made with the company’s technicians.
