NearGroup is an application for Android devices designed to search for new friends nearby and around the world. Text chats are provided. The utility is primarily intended for users from the Philippines, India, and Vietnam.
Registration
This app allows you to create a profile by entering some personal details – gender, age, country, and so on. Next, you need to come up with a nickname and upload an avatar.
It is possible to remain anonymous. In this case, the profile is considered hidden and the avatar looks blurry to other users.
Communication
There is an opportunity to share thoughts and stories in the feed. You can express your opinion, as well as publish poems, songs, and art.
You have the possibility to like, write comments and participate in discussions. Also, you can view the profiles of users you are interested in and add them as friends. Correspondence in text chats is provided.
If the profile is hidden, the avatar will gradually look less blurry if you chat longer. During the correspondence, you can exchange photos, pictures, and videos.

It is worth noting that at the moment the service is not active. Apparently, the developers have stopped supporting it.
