Nishu is an Android application that offers Indian users to communicate in text chats. There is a possibility to share photos, videos, files, and documents.
Registration
At the start, you need to register by entering a phone number and creating a unique nickname. It is also desirable to create an avatar. You can use photos taken by a mobile device’s camera, as well as pictures from the smartphone gallery.
The application requires access to the contacts log. It allows users to add friends and acquaintances to the chat via invite.
Chats and channels
It is possible to create channels on various topics and subscribe to them. There is a separate tab for this. In addition, the app provides audio calls. It is possible to send voice messages. During chatting, users can apply stickers and emojis, as well as forward and share music, movies, links, and various files.
Unfortunately, video messages and calls are not provided.
Settings and favorites
You can edit your profile by changing the avatar and nickname. The Settings tab allows you to change the visibility on the network.
For friends and loved ones, there is a Favorites section. Here you can place contacts marked with a star. The utility sends you notifications about new messages that have appeared in open chats.
