Paycom is an Android application of the HCM platform with the same name. The service allows the employees to receive payroll, quickly access documents and manage working time.
Registration
In order to access the platform, it is required to create an account through your employer first. Then, you have to use the provided credentials to sign in. Once logged in, it will be possible to set your phone’s biometric features, such as fingerprint and Face ID. You can also create a PIN code.
If your company uses the Single-Sign-On option, you will need to type your work email address into the username field.
System
The app is made for users of the eponymous HCM system. You can access your personal employee data. These include past as well as present pay stubs, benefits, tax forms, performance reviews, goals, contact information and more. It is also possible to manage and approve your own payroll before payday. There is a visual representation of your expenses as well.
Moreover, Paycom allows you to accurately organize working hours by inputting them into a web-based timesheet. You also can submit your schedule for approval and check accruals. It is possible to request days off for vacation, medical appointments and other events.
