QMEye is an Android application that allows you to remotely control surveillance systems. Users can watch live video from multiple cameras at the same time, receive event notifications, record audio, and so on.
Authorization and sync
At the start, you have to register with an ID and password. It is also desirable to specify an e-mail. You may need this to recover your access.
Next, you have to synchronize your surveillance cameras with the app over the wireless network. It is possible to manage channels and add them.
Viewing from four cameras at the same time is provided.
Controls
At the bottom of the screen, there are icons to control the selected channel. It is possible to zoom in and out of the image, turn it on and off as well as adjust the sound. You can change the camera view angle. The most frequently viewed ones can be marked with an asterisk.
In the configuration settings, users can select the option to receive real-time alerts about alarm events. A signal is provided which is voiced in several languages, including English.
Recording
It is also possible to take pictures and record video and sound. Moreover, users will be able to view the saved video files, rewinding them to select the desired time and date. The list of all records is located in a separate tab.
There is one more interesting option – video recording according to the schedule. To do this, you need to first specify the date and time at which it starts saving, as well as select the duration.
Note
At the moment the application does not function. The developers have stopped supporting it.
