QTranslate is an Android application for translating texts. With this utility, you can find out what a sentence or word written in foreign languages means.
Translation
The application allows you to quickly and conveniently translate text using several available engines including DeepL and Google Translator. The utility supports various languages such as English, Russian, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Polish, and many others.
To receive a translation, you need to enter the source text. The application operates synchronously in real time. Voice input and image recognition are available.
Moreover, you can listen to the resulting text. It is possible to choose your native language. Any words entered through the context menu will be automatically translated into it.
You may also specify an additional language in the settings. It will be used if the words in the original and translated texts are the same.
Usage
It is worth noting that this utility consumes a minimum of resources and traffic, so it works quickly. There is support for dark and light themes. The available languages are displayed in an abbreviated format: en, ru, fr, de, it, zh, ja, and so on. To configure the translation, you need to select the desired code and press OK.
In addition, in the settings you can select the translation mode:

- traveler mode;
- image recognition.
It is possible to choose types of pronunciation. Furthermore, you can make bookmarks and notes.
