RC143 is an application for Android devices developed in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross. This utility is official and allows you to track the contacts with COVID-19-infected people.
How to use
The application operates using GPS navigation and Bluetooth, similar to Covid Alert SA. These options need to be enabled on your smartphone. To use this tool correctly, you have to register with your personal data. Also, it is necessary to indicate your infection status.
The utility determines the number of active users nearby who have installed this service. Further, the applications exchange information about the COVID status of smartphone owners. It is worth noting that personal data is not disclosed, only a unique identifier is used.
As a result, the utility detects your direct and indirect contacts with people who have positive coronavirus test. Accordingly, this service can assess the degree of your infection risk.
This data is displayed on a special indicator located on the main page of the application. Here you can see the number of active users as well as direct and indirect contacts of already infected people.

Please note that this service sends information to the Philippine Red Cross, which allows its representatives to contact you if you are at risk. There is an opportunity to pass testing and receive the necessary medical care.
