Record My Screen is an Android application that allows users to record screen videos without any watermarks. It is possible to capture game progress, video calls, tutorials, and live shows.
Permissions
This utility requires the authority to help record your screen. In particular, it is necessary to grant access to audio, files, photos, and media on your phone. Permission to display over other apps is also needed.
Navigation
The utility is quite intuitive and simple. There are three main tabs, including Video, Cameras, and Settings. All recorded content will be stored in the first two mentioned sections.
The settings allow you to adjust the resolution, quality, and FPS of the recorded videos. In addition, you can check the downloading path.
It is possible to use a round floating launcher and notification panel to control the recording. In the settings, you also may hide the REC window.
Recording
Since the app controllers are always displayed on the screen or in the notification bar, you can start recording at any moment.
The floating window has several options, including video recording and a screenshot button. The notification bar controller provides the same features. So they are entirely interchangeable.
You can change the record’s name within the app and share it via messengers and social media platforms.
Please note, that the utility does not allow you to edit videos. Instead, Record My Screen offers you to download additional software for this purpose. You can try out Xvideostudio Video Editor to put some finishing touches.
