Seenly is a mobile application for Android devices that helps users to find interesting people nearby. For this purpose, the utility requires a valid account on Instagram social media.

To enter the application, you need to log in with your profile data. The utility tracks your location using GPS navigation. It identifies people from Instagram who are nearby. For this, Seenly scans various hashtags with places’ names, which are displayed under the posts. This option can be useful if you visit some interesting places and want to make new acquaintances.
There is a useful option to view a list of all those people who are currently near your location. The application allows you to immediately visit their accounts and view published photos as well as stories.
It is possible to write a message to any user from the list. Further communication takes place in Instagram messenger.

At the moment the application does not perform declared functions. There is no way to open and run it. Apparently, its support has been discontinued by the developers.
