The utility provides a real-time view of upcoming shifts and holidays, similar to Blue Arrow. It allows employees to plan their schedules accordingly. Also, it is possible to claim additional working hours.
Sona’s smart scheduling system allows managers to create and fill the rotas. The app simplifies building a staff roster and reduces payroll errors with real-time attendance tracking.
There is a Shift Filler feature that allows managers to fill more shifts with their own employees. This option ensures that working hours are covered even if the company is understaffed. Sona offers an absence management function that helps employers to manage leave requests and approvals.

In addition, there is a digital newsfeed that allows managers to connect their teams. It is possible to share company news, updates, and other valuable information. Please note that Sona integrates with existing WFM and employee systems.
