SurePadi is an Android application from a well-known Nigerian commercial bank. It allows agents to conclude financial transactions. The utility is a mobile client of Polaris Bank Limited.
Usage
Unlike the Jaiz Bank Mobile, this service can only be used by agents. They can be representatives of institutions and corporations, and owners of small and medium-sized businesses. Individual clients cannot register in the utility.
Please note that the business must operate successfully during the year and have a physical address. Only in this case, its owner can become an agent.
Registration
To register, the user needs to visit the nearest branch of the bank. The following documents must be provided: driver’s license, National Identity Card, international passport, utility bill, and a photo.
Operations and advantages
Bank agents can perform the following operations:
- transferring funds;
- account opening;
- paying bills;
- withdrawing the cash;
- many others.
They receive the following advantages over other clients: accelerated transaction processing, fast crediting of funds, and enhanced opportunities for working with customers. In addition, agents can distribute bank cards, receive statements and receipts, have branding support and advertisement from the bank.
