Tap4Call is an Android application that allows you to make free audio calls and exchange messages. You will be able to communicate with your loved ones and stay in touch with them as long as you like.
Web connection
The mobile app supports local, out-of-town and international phone calls. It is also possible to send messages to any phone number. o interact with each other, you need to have internet connection. VuTalk works in a similar way.
Tap4Call has a simple interface. To make a call, you have an option to use the keypad to enter the number or open the contact book. All incoming and outgoing calls are stored in the history section.
The utility allows you to turn on the recording of the conversation. If you have a discussion where you need to remember important details, then you can record and save the conversation.

Tap4Call allows you to send short messages. This and the features described above are free. The only thing is that a data transfer fee is charged. But it will be cheaper than classic communications.
It is worth noting that the developers have stopped updating the application and closed this project. There are many similar utilities for similar purposes, such as Viber and WhatsApp.
