TikTok Now is an Android application that provides access to a new and updated version of the popular social media platform. Here you can create videos and take pictures sharing your current activity.
Start
After launching the utility, you have to create an account or log in using your phone number or email address. If you have a TikTok app installed on your smartphone, you can sign in automatically.
Content
The main purpose of the new Now feature is to encourage users to take daily pictures and record videos with a duration of up to 10 seconds. Thus, you can show your friends everything you do at the moment.
The app offers you to record the content at a random time. Thus, the social platform allows you to shoot not staged, but a real video about your life. There is a three minutes limit for creating a video, after which this feature will be blocked until the next day.
You can use both the front and main cameras of your smartphone. Please note that, unlike the regular TikTok utility, this application does not allow you to use filters.
Settings
It is possible to make your channel private. Thus, you have to approve each new subscriber and comment manually. In addition, the app supports contact synchronization from Facebook.
